Involvement

The ladies of Iota Xi are extremely involved both on campus and off. Being involved in other organizations, our members are learning valuable skills, such as time management, teamwork, and multi-tasking. 

We strive to have 100% of our members  involved in another campus organization other than ZTA, and more than 50% of those members hold a leadership position in an outside organization.
